How to manually assign a specific replacement for your absence (if applicable).
Your employee account isn't or has just been set up, or you logged into a different account.
EasyConnect or your Occasional Preferences has not been set up, or there are few absences.
'Assignments Offered' lists assignments that are specifically offered to you.
Go to EasyConnect > My Calendar and click "Dates Not Available".
Call EasyConnect directly at 1-855-279-3279 to accept the assignment.
Employee Identification Number.
Go to EasyConnect > On-Call List.
At the bottom of ‘Assignment Details’, look for APPROVED TO EXPORT and SENT TO HR.
Go to EasyConnect > My Absences and click "Deactivate Absence".
Select assignment under EasyConnect > Assignments Accepted, enter a reason, then click "Confirm Cancellation".
Via a web browser, email, ApplyToEducation app, or phone call.
Go to EasyConnect > My Absences, select absence, then click "Copy Absence".
Select your First Contact by typing the replacement's name.
Click "Add Absent Time" to add another subject/assignment.
In the ‘Replacement’ field, select "No".
Indicate if a Replacement is required and select the Date, Time, Assignment, and Reason.
Turn off phone calls, text messages, or mobile app notifications.
Go to EasyConnect > Occasional Preferences.
Go to EasyConnect > Year-To-Date Entitlements.
