Creating Unavailability in My Calendar

  1. Log into your account with the school board you are employed with.
  2. Go to EasyConnect > My Calendar.
  3. Click Dates Not Available, located below the calendar.
  4. Select a date or click Add Days to create a date range. The checkmarked days of the week will be marked as unavailable during the date range you have selected.
  5. Specify the times when you are unavailable to work or select “All Day” and enter a brief description.
  6. Ensure your school board is selected where it states: List myself as unavailable in this timeframe for the following School District(s).
  7. Click Save. Your saved event will now be visible in your calendar and you will not receive assignment offers for the dates and times specified.

How to edit or delete your unavailability

  1. Go to EasyConnect > My Calendar.
  2. Click on an unavailable date(s) on your calendar.
If this was set for multiple dates, you can click on any date that you’ve set as unavailable.
  1. Click Edit this event or Delete this event.
If editing, remember to click Save to apply your changes.
