To deactivate your account, please follow these steps:

1. Call us at 1-877-900-5627. We are open between 7:30am and 7:00pm EDT Monday to Friday.
2. Provide your Username or Application Number (which can be found on the ‘Account Summary’ page of your Portfolio).
3. Once we receive your information, we will proceed with deactivating your account.
