The following manuals will provide you with instructions on how to navigate ApplyToEducation as a PD administrator, as well as answer many of the questions that may arise while using the site.
PD events may only be deleted if there are no registered participants in the event. Select the event which requires removing and click Delete at the bottom of the Manage/View PD Events page.
There are multiple options available to review registered participants and to generate the attendance sheets for created PD events.
View All Registered Participants:
In the Scheduler section click Manage/View PD Events and click on the # in the Registered column to view the list of all employees registered for the PD event and export them to Excel for the attendance sheet.
View Registered Participants for Individual Sessions:
In the Scheduler section click Manage/View PD Events and click on the Description for the event you would like to review.
On the PD Event Details page, in the Sessions section, click on the # in the Attendees column to view a list of attendees and export them to Excel for the attendance sheet.
View Registered Participants by Session:
In the Scheduler section click Manage PD Events and click on the Description for the event you would like to review.
On the PD Event Details page click Export To Excel at the bottom of the page, to view a list of attendees per session.
