Via a Web Browser
- Log into your account with the school board you are employed with.
- Go to EasyConnect > Assignments Offered.
- Click on the assignment you wish to accept.
- Click Accept or Decline at the bottom of ‘Assignment Details’.
Via Email
If you receive an Assignment Offered email:
- Click the here button in the email, which will take you directly to your account and the assignment details.
- Click Accept or Decline at the bottom of ‘Assignment Details’.
Via the ApplyToEducation App
- Open the ApplyToEducation app, which will take you directly to your ‘Assignments Offered’ page.
- Tap OPEN next to the assignment offer you’re interested in to view the details.
- Tap Accept or Decline.
Via Phone Call
If you receive a call from EasyConnect:
- Enter your Employee ID Number (EIN) followed by pound (#)
- Press 1 to Confirm your identity
- Press 5 to Accept a job or 4 to Decline a job
- Press 2 to Repeat the assignment details
If you missed an EasyConnect call, you can respond to job offers by calling the EasyConnect phone number at 1-855-279-3279.
Alternatively, you can use the steps above for the Web Browser, Email, or ApplyToEducation App options to respond to job offers.
