  1. Open the ApplyToEducation app.
  1. Tap Calendar at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap the green calendar icon to add a new unavailability event.
  3. Under ‘Select Employer’, tap the drop-down menu and choose your employer.
  4. Under ‘Select Event Type’, tap the drop-down menu and select Dates Not Available.
  5. Under ‘Description’, enter a brief note about your unavailability.
  6. Select Single Day or Multiple Days.
  7. If you are unavailable all day, place a checkmark next to “All Day”.
  8. Select the specific date(s) and time (if applicable).
  9. Hit Save.

How to edit or delete your unavailability

1. Tap Calendar at the bottom of the screen.

2. Tap on an unavailable date(s) on your calendar. It will be marked with a red dot.

    • If this was set for multiple dates, you can tap on any date marked with a red dot.

3. Tap Dates Not Available to edit or delete this event.

    • To edit the event, tap the pencil icon.

        • Remember to tap Save to apply your changes.

    • To delete the event, tap the trash can icon.
