When you have trouble creating an account, please check the following:
Email Address Already Exists
Error Message: “Email address already exists. Try another one.”
User Name Already Exists
Error Message: "User Name already exists. Try another one."
- What It Means: The username is already taken by another applicant in our system.
- Solution: Choose a different username. Adding numbers may help make it unique.
My Verification Code Isn’t Working
Error Message: "The verification code entered was incorrect, please try again."
- Possible Cause: The pop-up page for entering the verification code may have been closed prematurely.
- Solution: If you are using a phone, temporarily set the pop-up page aside by swiping the page up slightly (but not all the way) to retrieve your verification code. Do not tap the X button or swipe up completely. Next, swipe the page up slightly to return to the pop-up page and enter your verification code.
I’m Not Getting a Verification Code
- Solution: Check your junk/spam/quarantine emails.
