I Can’t Find the Renew Button

You might be logged into a different account. To resolve this, please check that the Application Number associated with your current account matches the one in the renewal notification email we sent you.

  • Your Application Number can be found on the ‘Account Summary’ page of your Portfolio.

If the numbers don’t match, log out and sign in with the correct account.

NOTE: Employee accounts do not need to be renewed. They stay active and visible to the school board as long as their access has not been revoked.
