Trouble Logging In with My Username & Password

If you are unable to login using your account's username or password, please do the following:

  1. Under the ‘Sign In’ section, enter the email address associated with your account and click Next.
If your username is the same as your email address, click “Use E-Mail Verification”.
  1. Check your email for a verification code. Please ensure you keep the login page open while checking your email in a different tab or device.
  2. Enter the code you have received and click Verify. You will be signed into your account.
If you have multiple accounts linked to the same email address or are connected to multiple boards, select the specific account you wish to sign in to.

Once you are logged in, you can change your password by going to Account > Change Password.
