If you encounter the error message “You are experiencing a technical issue”, you may be experiencing a browser issue.

Please clear your browser’s history, cookies, and cache before logging in again.

To clear cookies and cache on any browser:

  1. Open your browser and press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Command+Shift+Delete (Mac).
  2. Select the options for cookies and cache.
  3. Choose the time range or select All time to clear all data.
  4. Click Clear or Delete and wait for the process to complete.
  5. After clearing the data, refresh or restart your browser then log into your account.
