My Account is Expiring

Your account needs to be renewed every year, so that the employer knows that you are still interested in applying.

How to Renew Your Account
  1. Log into your account the day it is set to expire.
  2. Click the RENEW button on the Account Summary page. This will reactivate your account for another year.

NOTE: Employee accounts do not need to be renewed. They stay active and visible to the school board as long as their access has not been revoked.

Can’t Find the Renew Button?

You might be logged into a different account. To resolve this, please check that the Application Number associated with your current account matches the one in the renewal notification email we sent you.

  • Your Application Number can be found on the ‘Account Summary’ page of your Portfolio.

If the numbers don’t match, log out and sign in with the correct account.
