“Technical Issue” Error Message in the ApplyToEducation App

You may encounter this error if your employee account has not been set up.

Downloading the ApplyToEducation App

Search “ApplyToEducation” in your App Store / Google Play Store, then tap "Get" or "Download".

Setting Up or Editing Occasional Preferences in the ApplyToEducation App

Tap the menu button (3 horizontal lines) in the top left corner, then tap "Occasional Preferences".

Viewing and Accepting Assignments in the ApplyToEducation App

Open the app, tap "OPEN" next to the assignment you’re interested in, then tap "Accept".

Open the app and tap 'Job Board' at the bottom of the screen.

Go to 'Calendar' and tap the green calendar icon to add a new unavailability event.
