No, you don’t have to fill out every section of your Portfolio. Much of the information may already be included in your Resume. However, you may use the Portfolio to showcase any qualifications or experiences you want to highlight to potential employers.
Mandatory Sections for All Applications

- Go to Portfolio > View & Edit Portfolio > Employer Questions to complete this section.
3. Qualifications
- If you are an Ontario Certified Teacher, it is mandatory to add your OCT # to the ‘Qualification’ section of your Portfolio.
- Go to Portfolio > View & Edit Portfolio > Qualifications and click Add Certificate + under Teaching Certificates/Licensure to complete this section.

4. Supporting Documents
- The requirement for this section varies depending on the job posting and employer. Ultimately, the employer determines which supporting documents are required.
