Step 1: In the Applicant Info page, click edit beside the Employee ID #.
Step 2: Enter the EIN and click Save. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Step 3: A yellow box labeled, Update Occasional Approval Status will appear. Select the Occasional List and Status (Approved) from the drop down. Click Update.
Step 4: You can add seniority, by going to the Occasional Status section of the Applicant Info page. Click Save when you have made changes.
