Add Applicants To The Shortlisted, Interviewed and Hired Folders Within a Posting

Step 1: Select the applicants you wish to shortlist and click on the Assign button.

Step 2: Select Assign to a Folder within the Job Posting and click Interviewed or Shortlisted or Hired.

Step 3: Once you’ve selected the Interviewed Folder, click Save.

Note: It is recommended to shortlist within a job posting as the customized resume and cover letter are maintained.
