Contact Summary Report

• We have added the following fields to our Contact Summary Report.  This report shows the # of offers and accepted assignments for each Replacement employee within a selected date range: (Thanks Peel)

• Email Address
• Contact Preference

Absences & Timesheets

• You can now accommodate Summer hours by creating multiple auto-population rates for absences and time sheets. Date ranges are used to determine the correct rate. (Thanks Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic)
• We changed the default view for approving absences and timesheets from ‘calendar year’ to ‘school year’. (Thanks Niagara Catholic)
• You can now search absences and timesheets by ‘ready to export’ on your Search Absence page. (Thanks Niagara Catholic)
