Creating Absences

• Release Code Pick List - Ask your Account Manager to turn this feature on so you can create a drop down list of Release Codes that can be selected when absences are created. (Thanks Palliser and Nova Scotia)

Workflow Comments and Notification Emails on Approval/Rejection

• You can configure a workflow to notify on screen or email employees and school administrators when an absence is approved or rejected. (Thanks Algonquin Lakeshore Catholic and Niagara Catholic)

New Privilege - Ability to Hide The Absence List

• We added a privilege to view the Absence List. All your current employer users will have it selected so there is no change.The benefit of this new feature is for clients who have employer users who only approve certain absences and shouldn't be able to see all absences in their employee group.
