Employers Creating Timesheets

Searching Replacements By EasyConnect Assignments

• You can now search Replacements by EasyConnect Assignments they are willing to do or you have approved them for. (Thanks Nova Scotia and SD#23 Central Okanagan)

Selecting Preferences For Replacements

When you click on a Replacement's name you can now:
• Select all 'Willing or Approved' locations. (Thanks Strait Regional)
• Update their Availability Calendar by entering 'Do Not Contact' dates or that a Replacement should only receive offers via email. (Thanks Nova Scotia)

Change Requests

• When viewing Change Requests if you hover over Total Absent %, Total Absent Hours, or Unpaid Minutes we now display the Reason for Absence to save you time accepting or rejecting the rate adjustment. (Thanks Ottawa-Carleton)

Manual Fill - Now a Privilege

• We added a privilege to control if Employer Users can Manually Fill an absence.  You can log in and deselect this privilege if you want to block users from manually filling absences. (Thanks Kawartha Pine Ridge)

Integration

• SAP - We added Employee Group and Job Code to the ZCATSLOAD file. (Thanks Nova Scotia)
• Sparkrock & Edsembli - We added the Absent Employee and Replacement's names to the timesheet files. (Thanks Palliser and Bruce-Grey Catholic)
