You can configure an employee group so employees can manage who is on their Preferred List to replace them. This saves your P/VPs time managing this for staff at their school.

New Contact Strategy - Restricted Preferred List

We now allow you to restrict who can be contacted for 'Preferred List by Employee' and 'Preferred List by Location' to ensure qualified replacements are selected.

You can configure EasyConnect to only add Replacements to preferred lists if they are:
- Approved to the Assignment in the absence
- Willing/Approved to the Location in the absence
New Privilege - Editing Replacement Records After Mass Cancellation

We added a privilege to allow employer users to add or edit Replacement records after you mass cancel them for issues like inclement weather. Currently this was only available to super users in HR.
