Viewing Absence Lists

• When you are looking at a list of absences, if you hover over the Replacement's name, it will display the Occasional List they are approved to. (Thanks SD #34 Abbotsford)

Change Requests

• When viewing Change Requests for absence % or hours, if you hover over the Absent Rate we display the Reason for Absence to save you time accepting or rejecting the rate adjustment. (Thanks Ottawa-Carleton)

Viewing Contact Lists

Workflow Approvals

• We added a privilege to allow employer users to see absences that are 'Ready to Export'. Some clients have their Union approve specific reasons and they only want them to see absences that are not 'Ready to Export'. (Thanks SD #79 Cowichan Valley)

Replacement Preferences
