Email Notifications - Creating Absences

  • When an absence has multiple employees they will receive a separate confirmation email so they only see details for their portion of the absence. (Thanks Rainbow)

Email Notifications - Rejecting 2nd Step In Workflow

  • You can now configure a 2 step approval workflow to notify an employee if the second step is rejected. (Thanks Algonquin & Lakeshore Catholic)

Creating Absences- No Employee Absent

  • When creating an absence where 'no employee is absent' we will only display the reasons that can be used for this scenario. (Thanks Ottawa Catholic)

Employers Creating Timesheets - Reason No Longer Required
